Len Forkas, President & CEO
Len Forkas has 10 years experience in the tower development industry. Mr. Forkas founded Milestone Communications in 2000 as a full service development company specializing in building on public sites in partnership with local governments in the Washington region. Mr. Forkas has 25 years experience in real estate development. He founded Milestone Communities in 1997 as a full service land development company specializing in mixed-use sites in the Washington region. Between 1991 and 1996, Mr. Forkas was a vice president at NationsBank where he was responsible for the development of a 900-acre community in Maryland named Milestone, which has over 1 million square feet of retail space and 2,000 homes.

Prior to joining NationsBank, Mr. Forkas worked at Winchester Homes, an affiliate of Weyerhaeuser in the land development division, and at Oxford Development Corporation, where he developed multifamily apartment communities. Mr. Forkas received his MBA in finance from The American University and graduated from the College of Architecture at Ball State University.

Christian Winkler
Christian Winkler is responsible for all towers in predevelopment and manages all aspects of the development process which includes coordinating with wireless carriers, land owners, planners, land use attorneys and community leaders to gain political support and approval for new towers. Christian also oversees governmental compliance and supports the investor relations and finance functions of the company.

Between 2003 and 2010, Christian was with RCLCO’s Development Services Group (DSG) based in Washington, D.C., where he managed the predevelopment of residential, retail, office, and hospitality projects on behalf of non-developer landowners nationwide.

Christian holds a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from Syracuse University. He is a Young Leader with the Urban Land Institute and has been a frequent speaker on real estate topics. Christian is a native speaker of German and conversant in French.

Jennifer Bond, Project Manager
Prior to joining Milestone, Ms. Bond held management positions at PriceWaterhouseCoopers as a senior financial auditor for three years, leading corporate teams of auditors for both large scale public and private companies.

For five years Ms. Bond provided teacher training for reading and writing development and developed curriculum for the Fairfax County Public Schools, the 12th largest school system in the US, where she was nominated for teacher of the year as a first year instructor. Ms. Bond holds a Masters degree in Education from George Mason University and graduated Summa Cum Laud from James Madison University.

Cris Hernandez, Project Manager
Cris Hernandez joins the Milestone team as project manager. She is a recent Boston University graduate and has a communications and political science background. Cris coordinates community outreach in locations where Milestone builds towers and keeps close contact with tower supporters. She is also responsible for managing Milestone's social media communications strategy, including Facebook, twitter, web sites and blogs. Cris grew up in Annandale, VA and is an avid runner.

Linda Divalerio, Office Manager
Ms. Divalerio joined Milestone in 2006 and has been responsible for all accounting and office management functions. She also manages provides property management services for the companies income producing assets. Prior to joining Milestone, Ms. Divalerio held sales and business management positions for Medicine and Applied Science Corporation a medical device manufacturer based in Virginia.
